create link between Note and special symbols through API

Hi 

I want to create a link between the notes and special symbols,please refer the attached example notes image used in the drawing.Like these lot of notes to be used with special symbols then if user select the note and move it to new location, the symbols also should relocate.

Now for this, user every time do the task multiple times depends upon the number of symbols and notes.

how to make the note and symbol into single entity ? Any API is there to do this?

Just a thought. I do not believe you can have symbols in notes, but you can have notes in symbols. Can your entire note be a symbol? Text can be editable, and the symbols offset from text boxes?

Please note that here my problem is want to create associative between objects. If i create the associative, I can move the objects(Notes and symbols) both together.but i want to know how to do it?

Could you use custom properties. These can be inserted into
text and symbols. The text input screen allows you to insert
property fields, which you can edit outside of the notes,
and the notes will update.

Thanks for your reply. i want to attach a Symbol with Notes. we can attach Symbols with view. if we move the view, the Symbol also move together. But here my requirement is almost same.i.e. instead of view i need to attach with note.
