create 3D sketch geometry based on certain edges/faces of an Extrude feature

I have the need to create 3D sketch geometry in part files based on edges/faces of an Extrude feature. This model will be exported to AutoCAD (dwg) where the user will osnap to this 3D sketch geometry. Please see the attached images. The axial line and arc on the images are on a 3D sketch. I need to be able to create this sketch geometry programmatically. I would really appreicate it if some could please point me the thr right direction.

Sorry, I do not think Inventor UI has an option to export a 3D sketch or a non-planar face from Inventor to a drawing file.

There is no API to do this either.

In the Export options when "sketches" is chosen, only the 2d sketches get exported.
