control part rule in assy

I have a part where I have placed a text on a sketch.

I control this text with two rules.

One rule, PaneelNummer, to give the number and a rule, PlaatsPaneelNummer, is to place the number  in the part.

The numbers are written to the iproperties and BOM.

If I now place the part into an assy I would like to  control rules in the assy.

The rule PaneelNummer works but when I want to place the text  I get a message that the sketch which the text is placed in the part can not be found.

May that mean that I have to place sketch with the text in the assy or can I somehow link the sketch into the assy?

Instead of using the vb rule i linked a text parameter to the text.

That parameter i link in the assy to the iproperties.

The iproperties in the assy are controlled by a rule.

It's easyer this way and i don't have to use the vb code.
