Control Dimension placement with iLogic

Hello,

I have created a Flange which has different size and it is driven perfectly by iLogic rules in Model. Now, I need to create a drawing which is updated as per activated selection in Model. problem is when I have drawing with Flange Dia.185mm and scale of 1:1 it works fine but when the diameter and scale have been changed it looks weird. See attached snaps.

I want to control dimension placement which must be at a certain place and looks fine when size or scale being changed.
