Choose Content Center Source Library

I'm working at setting up a custom content center library so the properties import according to company standards.

For the purpose of testing I have created a new library and copied all of the standard inventor structural parts to the new read/write library.

Originally this test Library was "in use" on the default project I use for all my work. So, when I made a new assembly within this project and imported an angle part it pulls the part from this new custom library instead from the existing custom library that was used prior to creating this new library for testing. It tells me this on the "family info" tab of the dialog that pops up once I have selected the type of angle for the part in the "source library" box.

I have since made a new project for testing with the testing library "in use" and turned it off on the original project so parts that I import will use the old, existing library.

My question is: Is there any way to select which library the parts will come from when you import them from content center? e.g if I leave both libraries "in use" in the same project file how does content center determine which library is the "source library" to import the part from?

What if I wanted to import a part from the standard library that comes with inventor? Do I have to turn all of the custom libraries off in order to use the standard library?
