Can you place a photo next to a column?

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to place a photo next to a column.  I know I can place the photo in one of the rows I have set up but I would like to place a full size photo next to a multi row column.  Not sure if this is possible but this is how I had envisioned the form I am creating.

If you create a row first and then add two groups, it's possible. in the first group you can add parameter/properties fields. In the second group you can place you image. Make sure that the borders of the group are disabled to get the best visual effect. here's a sample:
