can not edit form

Hi, 

i have such an issue of edit the forms in the iLogic panel, which i could last week. 

The file is not read only and a vaulted part niether.

There is no iLogics which may stop it. 

i tried some other part with form. Unfortunately i could not. 

The computer was restart. It did not help. 

The keyboard is not locked. 

What else may i missed to check?

Providing us screenshots of the problem may help us understand more on what is happening.
A screencast/video of your attempt in editing the forms will also help.
(Where your mouse pointer is also affects which is being edited when you: Right Click -> Edit)

Are you talking about the 'internal' "Forms" of a component/drawing or the "Global Forms"?

If the Global Forms, then is then, do you have access to the corresponding location of the Global Form's "iLogicBrowserUiFormSpecification". It is usually in your IPJ's Design Data\iLogic\UI\.

Do you have read/write access to this folder?
You mention Vault a bit. Is your Design Data in your Vault and could be set in read only/checked-in currently.
