The cost of rework is due to the failure to check for errors.
It cost 10 thousand dollars.Page1Page1Page2Page2Page3Page3

Why is this, please be sure.

Without some more info or some files to reproduce the issue I don't think there will come much help...

I'm going to give it a try:

My guess is that the wagons are not 'correctly' connected to the rails and therefor can get an offset since they are in a flexible assembly. (Are they correctly aligned with the rails?)

Modeling is incorrect.
So Inventor should throw an error
But the problem is that no error occurs.

Constraint conflicts aren't errors, they are you giving conflicting orders for placement of stuff and the software not knowing which order to follow.

That part is right where you told it to be without issue.

If you had made the parts a contact set, then it might throw a constraint conflict. but without some kind of direction to know that something is important, it is just software doing what you told it to.

If you want to check for interferences use the Analyse Interference tool, it would have pointed you right at this.

Is it possible to visually check very complex assembly drawings?
Shouldn't there at least be a constraint error?

I'm not entirely sure
I don't think it was like this before the 2022 version...

True that it should trow an error. But only if the constraint was not possible, therefor I think you did not constrain the carriage to both sides (to both rails/wagons). But on the other hand, I can be mistaking and it could be a user typical bug...

All were detained.
(200% sure)
So it is normal for an error to occur.
But why doesn't the error occur....

@Anonymous

I suggest posting these in the inventor forum https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-forum/bd-p/78.

The customization forum is for ilogic/VBA questions and isn’t monitored by many ADK staff.

@johnsonshiue  should be able to get this post moved over and or comment.
