no , it does not support it.
but that is not the same as you can´t get it to work on an windows 8.1
i do not know why they don´t support windows 8.1 sind they do support windows 7 and windows 10.
why not just try to install an trail version of inventor 2020 . and see if it works
or you have to use an inventor 2019 sind it was the last one to support windows 8.1
