Autocad Template to Inventor

I am working out on a client that requires all the Autocad Layers and format of the title block same as in Inventor? 

Is this possible?. 

and can I use the Autocad plot style .ctb files to the inventor?

You can configure the same AutoCAD defaults in Inventor, however there is no compatibility with ctb files.
