Advanced iLogic Configuration save changes issue (Inventor 2023.3.1)

I'd like to have some local folders be present at Advanced iLogic Configuration.
I used to do so in the past but for some reason now such changes work only for current AIP session (the folders disappear after Inventor restart even so it exits without crash or errors).
I can manually add the necessary lines to %appdata%\Roaming\Autodesk\Inventor 2023\UserApplicationOptions.xml but I'd like to know what is the correct order to solve issues like this.

Hi @Maxim-CADman77.  This sounds similar to a problem I encountered a while back after updating from Inventor Pro 2022 to Inventor Pro 2024, and started making some iLogic rule button customizations to my ribbons.  Does the 'path' of the local folder include the "&" (ampersand) character?  Or, are there any external iLogic rule files within that local directory which have the "&" character in their names?  I found out that if any of my external iLogic rules had the & symbol in their name, and I added that rule to my ribbon as a button, it would cause all (not just that rule button) of my customizations to only last for the Inventor session, then get blown away, and not be able to restore them again.  It had nothing to do with the rule's contents or what the rule does, only that character in its name.  I could rename that same rule later on (in the next session), then add it again, and no problems with it anymore.  I logged that problem with the folks at Autodesk at the time.  There may be something similar going on with the external iLogic rule directory paths.

@WCrihfield

In fact there were couple files with names containing "&", but renaming them to "and" did not solve the issue.
Anyway thank you for the idea.
