Addin doesn't appear in inventor ribbon

Hello every one

I have created a plugin to inventor 2024 with VB and also I have created a installer, I execute the installer and I see my dll at the path C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2024\Bin\myaddin.dll  and the my addin file at the path C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2024\Bin\Addins\mytooll.addin, into the addin manager I can see my tool, how ever the tool not appear in the ribbon when inventor is opened. 

Anyone have any suggestion what I missing o what is wrong?

User addin should not be in "Program Files":

Hello Frederik, thanks for you answer,  I notice that the version of windows that appear in the doumentation is 7,8.1 and 10, do you know  if the the paths to windows 11 is the same?
