Add text in a drawing

I have a template for drawings and I would like to add text without having to go to Titleblock every time I need to add information (text) in the template, I tried creating an iproperty and putting it in a text box in the titlebock but when from the form I try to insert information it does not update, here my question is it possible to add text or edit it in a drawing using a form?

If you just need to populate iproperties and they are the same from sheet to sheet then you can use ilogic form and drag the iproperties required to the form. On the titleblock ensure they are drawing iproperties and not model iproperties. 

If you need different text from sheet to sheet then you need prompted entry text field

Can you clarify if you need it done manually of by code and also attach an image of what your changing?

The titleblock will be the same in all the sheets but the text could change from one to another, not always but it could happen.

By the way, thank you very much, they were not updated because they were as properties of the model.
