Add-in Wizard for VS 2008

Anybody know how to get templates for VS 2008? The msi will only install
for previous versions. Is there a way somebody can just send me their VS
2005 templates so I can use them for VS 2008. Will this work? I don't feel
like installing VS 2005 just so I can grab the templates.

Thanks,

Hi,

if you install the wizard's "just for me", you can find the Inventor AddIn Templates for VS2005 under "%USERPROFILE%\My Files\Visual Studio 2005\Templates\ProjectTemplates" (%USERPROFILE% is a standard windows environment-variable, which you can type in the explorer address-bar etc.; replace "My Files" with the directory name in your language, i.e. in german it is "Eigene Dateien").
Copy the templates to the appropriate directory for VS2008.
I tried this and it works fine.

I got problems, if I install the wizard "for everyone", any ideas?

Have fun,
Guido

I don't have any option to do that. A dialog pops up saying that it "could
not find any version of microsoft visual studio."

Hi,

no problem, here are attached the VB2005 template, I don't have the templates for VC++, VC# yet because I havn't installed this products.
If you need it I can install VC++ / VC# Express and the Inventor wizards, so I (and you) get the templates for that.
Please reply.
