add external ilogic rule to event trigger by using external ilogic rule

i had created one external rule "Plate" and i want to add this rule to all individual parts by using ilogic/API

Could you use the built in feature in event triggers to add it to all parts? 

Manage tab>iLogic>Event Triggers

Go to the parts tab and drag your rule from the left column to the right under what event you want to trigger the  external rule.
