what is "SOLID EFF ELASTIC STRAIN " in result of Nastran In-CAD ?

what is "SOLID EFF ELASTIC STRAIN " in result of Nastran In-CAD ?

 

I found "SOLID EFF ELASTIC STRAIN" in  the result data with  Nastran In-CAD,

but I can not image those straines.

 

Could you please explain this strain?

What it is depends on the details of your model/analysis.  But for a model using linear isotropic materials for example, the effective strain is the von mises strain.  The equation for von mises strain can be found in the Autodesk Reference Manual under STRAIN (pg 157 remark 4)
