Hi,
I wanted to run a simulation using S700MC steel but it's not present in Autodesk Materials library. The ASTM A514 is supposedly an equivalent but both yield and tensile strength appear way below the standard. What's up with that?
In addition any grade of the steel is supposed to surpass 100ksi (or 690 MPa) YS, yet:
ASTM A572 all grades seem perfectly fine.
