Hi guys,
Right now I'm looking at this. The sketch doesn't quite work because I've used extend/lengthen etc on frame generator to achieve the dimensions. How does one go about making sure this could work in the way of attaching a beam element to an end plate or a gusset meshed as a solid. I'm trying to find the most time efficient solution.
Also, how bad is it to mesh the beams as solids anyway even if they are thin-body? From experience it seems the result isn't very inaccurate.
