Hi,
I am currently completing linear and non-linear heat transfer analysis, and then using these results as a thermal load in a linear static analysis. I would like to know what equations Nastran In-Cad uses for both of these analyses. Is there an explanation of the equations somewhere? I have seen an overview of the stress equations somewhere however I am particularly interested in the heat transfer equations and then the use of the thermal load and calculation of thermal expansion (displacement) and stresses.
I can't seem to find this.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
