Meshing Issues

When I go to generate a mesh for my assembly, most of the parts are successfully meshed, however a few of the smaller parts have their meshes fail. For this issue, I have four identical parts, and two of them are getting successfully meshed, while two of them are failing (they are all constrained in the same way to the same parts, they are essentially identical). I've noticed that the smaller I make the element size, the more success I have. So right now I have the smallest element size and everything meshes correctly. However, in this scenario, running the actual analysis becomes nearly impossible and often times completely freezes my program. Wondering if anyone has a solution to this issue -- either in the meshing stage, or the analysis stage.

Using Inventor 2025.2

Thank you!

Hi @kdembinskiNBCW5

You can use the "Mesh > Mesh Table" to mesh each part with a different mesh size. You should use that to mesh the parts that are failing.
