Inventor Nastran 2021.2 has been released and is now available to install. Use the Autodesk Desktop App (installed to the computer when any Autodesk software is installed) to install this update. Note that Inventor Nastran 2021.1 needs to be installed before the update for 2021.2 is shown.
This is my list of changes and explanation, taken from the What's New, Release Notes, and other issues addressed by development for the Inventor Nastran interface and the Nastran solver.

Single part files with many idealizations (such as shell midsurfaces) is faster to load into the Nastran environment. If the model is a single part or an assembly and you exit the Nastran environment (but leave the model open) and re-enter Nastran, the second time to enter is also faster. But improving assembly files with many idealizations is still being worked on to improve the load time on the first entry into the Nastran environment.

Glyph display for rigid constraint (explicit analysis) is fixed. The symbol is shown on the applied body when the model is re-opened.

The name of the analysis has been added as a comment to the Nastran file (.nas). Although the .nas filename is still a random string, the model file and analysis that the .nas file belongs to can now be identified.

A function has been added to the Nastran API that takes the key Context (either String or Byte Array) as input and returns the Nastran PersistID, which we can use for creating constraints, loads etc. without having to enter Nastran Environment.

Helius PFA 2019 is now supported. A license issue would occur previously.
