How to do an Fatigue Analisys with Real Torque Measurement: Rainflow yes or not?

Hi, i'm Pietro. I don't have the right idea to perform a Fatigue Analysis with a torque applied on a piece. The doubt is how use the torque data ( picture 1) take from motor-tracking?

Can I calculate the scale force factor with excel and  put it in the table of the rotational force, like picture 2? And after can I perform a Fatigue multiaxial analysis?

o first i do a rainflow countig about the data and next put the result in Nastran?  And how can i put the result about rainflow counting in the Nastran analysis? I have to do multiaxial o vibration analysis?
