Can this dialog Box be replaced with a toggle button at the open command?
When you open a large assembly that can take 20-30 minutes to open
This Dialog Box does not appear for 5 minutes
Hence if you are not paying attention watching your screen, the dialog could pop up and the open command "sits" until a response.Thus making the time to open potentially longer.
