Window Select Visible Faces in Finish Feature

Would like to see the ability to Window select Visible Faces when using the Finish Feature.  It has shown value for our organization to calculate total surface area covered by paint.  However with the products we make, it is rather time consuming to pick only outwardly visible faces.  Currently window select grabs all faces in the window.

in the part environment you have this very handy option to "select tangent faces". I know this wouldn't solve all cases (especially low LOD models), but in more detailed models (which have chamfers or fillets on the edges) this would definitely be a lifesaver if we had this option in the Finish feature.
