When welding a tube perpendicular to another tube of the same size and then applying a fillet weld Inventor can't seem to compute this due to, what I believe, the welds overlapping. I have attached a simplified version of the model to test but once you change the diameter of the tube to anything above 17mm . The work around for this is to split the faces creating half at a time and then offsetting the weld and creating three separate as shown in the image. It would be good to have a variable fillet weld so that this feature could be created.
