using design view representations for performance management

Now that design view representations are used for performance management (replacing level of detail / model states) I have 2 suggestions:

The total number of visible parts should be displayed in the status bar (alongside total active occurrences and open documents)

This would give an indicator of expected performance (to the extent that the occurrence count does) but now for visible / hidden parts vs (un-)suppressed parts for model states (level of detail)

The view representation should be displayed in the browser tree (the same as model states are / as an option)

This would help with management of nested view states (both when used for performance and appearance reasons) as it is currently very easy to accidentally loose associativity and hard to keep track of simplified representations (have to manually go to the representations window to check any particular sub-component).
