Intent is at the midpoint of a line.

This should also state that it can be used on an arc as well. To do the below attachment for a radius dimension you have to use the kMIdPointIntent and it isn't exactly clear that this is the case if you would like it to be attached to the midpoint of the arc created by the fillet.

Agree!
The information on all of these enumerators is often too vague for users, be it API or iLogic.

Stronger documentation for CreateGeometryIntent and iLogic's GetIntent and working with the PointIntentEnums as well as nearpoint/CurveChoiceSpec would be very helpful.
