Update API Help code samples to include VB.NET Language
Update the languages of the samples to include VB.NET.
A user is faced to learn VBA and or convert VBA code in order to start working in ilogic editor. Not entirely useful for any beginner. The official documentation should include what seems to be the more common language these days.
I've just created a new idea similar to this one, which proposes open-sourcing the samples, allowing the community to add support for additional languages.
