Please give us the option to unlock custom content center families !!!!!
I have created several custom Content Center Families for both fasteners and structural framing members for Frame Generator and it would be very helpful if we had to option to unlock/lock those custom families to edit the parts inside an assembly model.
Currently, I have to go through the following 5 minute process for EACH Part Model:
1. "Save and Replace" model
2. Rename part model
3. Open part model
4. Do the "Space Bar -- Enter" trick to change the Browser Display Name
5. Add Custom iProperties
6. Save and close the part model
7. Check the Assembly BOM to ensure changes saved.
Sometimes I skip Step #5, if I have multiple parts that need Custom iProperties.
Would be extremely helpful to have the option to choose whether to lock / unlock custom families at the time of creation.
