Twisted wire in length calculation

When designing cable looms I have twisted wires/wire-pairs but i cant add that as a property.

For each loom I have to manually change the length of the wires in the BOM before sending it to production.

For length calculation it would be nice to be able to specify twists/meter so Inventor can calculate the correct length for the BOM.

How are these wires created? Using a Sweep? Or something else?

I create the wires by importing them from my AutoCAD Electrical schematic, in which I can add a twisted cable marker.
