Some CC (Content Center) categories are locked for publishing. I cannot publish a valve to “Gate Valves” category in CC. Why are some categories locked and how to disable (avoid this)? The category exists in my custom library because I even have a subfolder “test” where publishing is allowed. “Gate Valves” is locked but my custom sub-category “test” works.
