Sometimes when moving equipment around the fittings doesn't move with them. You need to edit each fitting connection and redefine the connection to get it to update and move.
I find this particularly with branch connections. Move a line and the attached components like sample valves etc.. stay behind. Editing the connection point to 0 or an alternate engagement (or clicking rebuild-all inside the route) fixes it but a few always sneak through in large drawing sets.
