Toggle visibility by mid mouse button when howeing in browser tree

Suggest to add Toggle visibility functionality by clicking mid mouse button when the mouse is hower over the object in the browser tree.

This should work for any object (feature/Item/Sketch/...) where is possible to use visible command.

This should work in model and drawing tree even on unselected object under the pointer.

Actualy all of us have to spend a lot of time by looking for visibility command.

@jimmyflash I toggle visibility all the time, this is how I do it:

Right-Click (click and release) then hit the "v".   This works for all underlined letters in the right-click menu, so it is specific to things you right-click, but Visibility is there when you expect it to be.

It works in the browser, and on the model(for the model you might have to change your selection group (shift+right click) to choose something specific).
