Standard Component Refresh enhancement for automatic Inventor Server update

We want to update all content center files with its latest version from content center automatically like it works in manual way.

We tried to use Inventor Server for our  automatic update process to update the content center data.

As we found out Inventor Server has no possibility with its API.

Please extend this API functionality.

Fully agree - it is much needed!

I have also been investigating this topic. Believe the entry point, is through the Vault API. 

 Autodesk.Connectivity.WebServices.ContentServiceBase.  

This Class has all the calls for handling Content Center, but I never got it to work.

As I see now, there was lost some text of this post. So for better understanding, what was my intention:

In Content Center from time to time data must be changed like a description, material change or also a not correct family template is needed to update.

But this changes have also to be updated to the existing files in Vault. Current way is to do it manually.

It would be nice, that the files could be updated automatically. At the moment it is not possible to detect via API, if an update is needed.

Maybe you can enhance the API functionality. And if yes for Inventor Server.
