In the Style and Standard Editor for sheet metal parts, I would like to see a more advanced 'Sort' function for sheet metal rules in order to sort by value rather than by numerical order. For example, our rule for 30mm appears before 3mm. Some background: We currerntly have 17 sheet metal rules saved into our templates, for varying thicknesses and tooling. We also use the sheet metal functionality in Inventor for plate profiles (i.e. very thick profiles without bending). The names of our rules are based on the thickness, material and then tooling, i.e. 3mm S275 Vee24. We find this makes it much clearer when selecting them from the Sheet Metal Defaults window but we still get caught out occasionally because of the current order.
