One area of drafting that I would like to find a solution for is assembly instructions.. Typically it reads something like:
1 Assemble widget bracket (item 5) to frame body (item1) using hardware (item(s) 5 6 and 7)
etc..
where the item numbers and sometimes the descriptions may end up changing a number of times over the course of the design process so I would like to associate my notes to the parts list for find number and discription so that I don't have to go back and change these every time I have to update the parts list.
If you have any ideas of how this could be mapped I'm all ears but so far as I have found this is not something that can be done yet.
It would be nice if Autodesk implemented something to do this.
