Sketch mode: Arc/Circle and corresponding centerpoint should highlight together

Feature request is that when an arc or circle is highlighted, its centerpoint should also highlight, and vice versa.

The only thing that happens when an arc is highlighted is that its centerpoint moves to the top of visible objects, which is not a usable visual difference. Its color does not change. Given that the centerpoint is a necessary part of arcs and circles, they should be highlighted as a single entity.

I wouldn't mind if the CenterPoint received extra highlighting, may be a size difference, or even a temporary cross hair while the arc is highlighted.  Then it's just obvious where it is.
