When you place a bolted connection, there should be a tick box for Lock Rotation. Currently when you select multiple concentric holes, the whole pattern is free to rotate around the initial hole selection. I then need to add another constraint, usually another concentric constraint to another one of the bolts in order to prevent rotation. The rotation lock should be selected by default.
Also even if you only place a single bolted connection (one hole), rotation is still allowed for that one bolt. This is particularly annoying when using the display degrees of freedom tool. I go to view inside an assembly and turn on degrees of freedom, and proceed to add constraints to my assembly no more glyphs appear. However the view is always muddied by all the free rotation glyphs of the bolted connections. Honestly it would be even better if the degrees of freedom tool just gave me a signal that the assembly was is fully constrained. Even a little note in the corner that reads fully constrained, so I don't have to do a visual check for glyphs.
