Most often, we create sketched to create features.
I realized today (not sure why I got so long to notice this) that Create Sketch > Finish Sketch first. Then create the applicable feature (extrusion, revolve, etc.). This is time wasting in case to do with many sketches (it is happening to me today).
I think, the RMB options must be available upon creating the fully constrained sketch: easier and save time.
