The new tool is nice, but it lacks a major feature of it's predecessor. That being the ability to add partial clouds. If i have a large view that changed, i typically do not draw a giant rev cloud around the entire view. I draw a small section on half the label or quarter of the view to indcate the view changed. The drawing tools version allows this, but the new version does not seem to make any provision for a partial cloud.
