The procedure on the video is nice. You can see the orientation of the Rectangle sketch, the constraints that hold the direction and the dynamic change when I grab a point and reduce the cube in height.

Absolutely. This is another area where Inventor is allegedly "basically the same as SolidWorks" but in practice has much less functionality and takes longer to do things. 

It makes me wonder what the folks at Autodesk are doing. Have the not seen the competition? Are they just relying on companies who have used Autodesk forever and have too many models to make the change? This isn't a good long term strategy.
