I'm going through a process where I'm "save and replace"-ing a large number of parts, and also "Export Face As..."-ing the same number of DWGs. Due to Reasons, these are saved in different directories. If Inventor's file dialogue window could "remember" the last used directory per operation type instead of just the last used directory for anything, it would save time.
