Whenever the engineer desires to simply replace a component within an assembly, he/she is required to use the Windows file-open UI to drill down through multiple network drive folders just to get to the actual part to replace with. As you can see, this is mind-numbingly time consuming. The easy solution is to simply add an "In Session" folder to the UI as shown, which would allow the selection of components currently open and in session.
