Quick units change for Drawing View without using Dimension Style

Hi everyone,

Currently in Inventor drawings, the only way to change units for a specific Drawing View is via Dimension Style (Edit View → Dimension Style).

So if one view needs to be shown in meters or inches, separate styles (mm / m / inch) have to be created and switched between views.

This feels unnecessarily complex, especially compared to modeling, where display units can be changed directly in Document Settings → Units without styles or duplication.

It would be more logical if units were a property of the Drawing View itself, for example:

• Units in View properties

• or a quick mm / m / inch switch in the view right-click menu

Right now, a simple unit change requires managing styles, which clutters the Styles library and complicates drawing workflows.

This change would be very convenient and useful in everyday drawing work.
