Punch Note - allow it to work on folded model

Currently the Punch note doesn't work on a folded model, it has to be a flat pattern. 

I would like to allow the Punch note to work on any view of the model, much like the current hole note. 

This way punches can be called out much like holes, description of punch and quantity, done.
