Pre-defined settings in features

Hi all,

I would suggest a pre-defined setting which defines the options of the feature.

I would like the following:

Right now the options above are hard coded. I would like to edit those standard values with the register or a XML-file.

This gives us a faster work-flow since you don't have to select every single option.
