Please change open forms to reflex active part

Currently when you are editing a part and the form is open and then you finish editing that part and then choose another part to edit, and you never closed the form from the first part, the active part is not reflecting its form... it's still the first parts form, can you please change the forms to reflect whatever part is actively being edited?

This issue generally affects dialog boxes.
It seems to me that it should be fixed across the spectrum, not just in terms of forms.
Although, in my opinion, it would be optimal to just automatically close dialogs after changing tabs.

This is less an idea than a bug that has existed for so many versions. 🤔
