Pin Options in File Open dialog box

It's a pain to have to click on Options when opening files, especially as usage of model states becomes more complex.

This idea is to pin the File Open Options to the left side of the dialog where the Workspace view is currently.

This should provide a better preview of available options and simplify the File Open workflow.  Pinning the Options could be a user setting, as with the browsers in the application window (iLogic, Vault, etc), or it could just be set as the default.  I'm not sure how much the Workspace view gets used -- I don't use it at all.

I find the folder tree useful as I navigate through our complex file structure.  I'd like to see both the folder tree and the file open options at the same time.
