Percentage as angle value

I've found myself having to use percentage as value for angle values. I had to work my way around to solve it.

So, straight forward: angles having the possibility of having percentage as inclination value. details in attached picture.

I normally add construction lines, a parameter equation, and a reference angular dimension to covert a percent grade to an angular dim. 

It is not a common workflow for me, but I can see how it could be helpful when I reference road or railroad grades.
