If you suppress a drawing view that has ballooned items, all those balloons should not count towards the status of being ballooned:
i.e., only unsuppressed views' ballons should count towards the ballooned status.
The reason I'd like this is when I can't quite decide how I want to show a layout; so I move a view off the paper and suppress it.
